I came across many books such as Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill, Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman, The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale, The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Dr. Joseph Murphy, and other such books. My young mind refused to believe that thoughts have the power to change our course of life. Turns out, it does!

It is often said that you become what you think. It’s a simple statement, but it carries a lot of weight. Our thoughts have the power to shape our perceptions of the world around us and impact our lives in significant ways. That’s why choosing our thoughts daily matters, and it’s crucial to practice daily mindset management.

A few years ago, I came across a line: “Choose your thoughts as wisely as you choose your clothes every day.”

Choosing our clothes is quite easy, but choosing our thoughts? Easy or not, we have to learn to do it. Here’s why:
